I am an idealist. I see the world as one big canvass waiting for me to paint on it.

What can make a person truly happy? Love? Money? Jewelries? Gadgets? Or the car you drive?
I believe that we all have a criteria for us to achieve our happiness. We have different fantasies and expectations. There are times that we may feel sad because of our expectations. Expectations that doesn’t pan out in the end.
This is the reason why we find other things that can make us happy. Other options that will help us feel better.
I things that that is our only aim in life. To find what truly makes us happy and there is nothing wrong with that. Right?
Actually $8.71 per hour is not that bad. At least you are earning money unlike others who doesn’t even get a single dime.
When I grew up I wanted to be a “Dinosaur Trainer.” Obviously I now know that isn’t possible but the point of that question has always been to show that “you can be whatever you want to be!” But at 22 years old I know that isn’t true. Degree or no degree, the only thing that our generation is hired for is retail, food service, and other underpaid/overworked jobs.
I work retail and make $8.71/hour.
Never has $8.71/hour sounded so good.
This is now what we call lucky?

The good thing about this is that none of them were seriously harmed and they are all safe now.
Toronto emergency medical spokesman Peter Macintyre says the victims’ costumes made it more difficult for crews to assess the severity of their injuries.
It’s hard knowing that you almost had it all. Starting from scratch won’t be easy I bet.
we started off great, then economic crash, plus job losses, and then arrears, and to top it off - bank bullies!
We now own nothing and will start all over. I am the 99%

Why the shoot to kill? They may be dangerous but it’s not their fault that they escaped.
It hasn’t been a good day for Ohio.
The sheriff who issued a shoot-to-kill order after dozens of exotic animals — including Bengal tigers, mountain lions and bears — escaped from an Ohio farm defended his decision Wednesday, saying “we were not going to have animals running loose.”
Sheriff Matt Lutz said the owner of Muskingum County Animal Farm near Zanesville appeared to have set the animals free and then taken his own life.

Some people are just heartless. Good thing you are not one of them. My condolences by the way.
I am 19years old. I have a moderate case of Tourette’s Syndrome and a severe case of OCD. I have a part time job at a grocery store and go to community college full time. But in order to go to school, I had to move out of my parents’ house. I live with 2other students. We struggle to make rent, pay the bills, and buy food. To make things worse, my mother just recently past. My main concern when attending her funeral, “how will I pay rent? I’m missing 2weeks of work.” But very few people cared, especially my boss.

I admire you, even though you have rough times you still find the heart to help those in need.
I am 27 years old and have worked since I was 14. My husband and I are both college students who maintain a 3.83/3.86 GPA and our tuition per class exceeds $1800 (classes last 5 weeks). We are currently $52,000 in debt due to student loans and only half way through our degrees at this time.
We have two daughters and it is cheaper for me to stay home with them because the cost of daycare over-exceeds any amount I could make working part-time and would ultimately put us into more debt. My husband has a “good” job and we are able to pay our bills on time for the most part but are still living paycheck to paycheck as so many other families.
My husband works hard to support our daughters and I, and we are able to afford luxuries from time to time. Yet, there is little hope for our children’s future in this country and I constantly worry that we brought them into a corrupt, corporate money-hungry kind of world where they will endure a life full of unneeded struggles if we can’t do something NOW to change it.
Our friends and family look to us for help quite a bit in their own struggles, and we are fortunate enough to be able to help them most of the time. Our hearts are saddened for the less fortunate AMERICANS out there whose struggles are much more prevalent than our own. It is for their sake, and our children’s, that we support Occupy Wall Street!!
We are the lucky ones, but we are the 99%!

Where are the cars and the people? They must be watching a Manny Pacquiao fight.
